Watermark many PDFs without uploading. This guide covers uploading multiple files, previewing, and ZIP export.

1) Upload multiple PDFs

• Drag & drop a folder or select many files at once.
• Use the file list to switch preview among PDFs.

2) Configure once, apply to all

• Enter watermark text/logo, position, opacity and scale.
• The same style is applied across every document for consistency.

3) Preview & export ZIP

• Use page/zoom controls to verify placement.
• Click “Generate all links” or download a single ZIP with all outputs.

Tips

• Diagonal placement improves deterrence while remaining legible.
• Keep opacity between 0.15–0.3 for a good balance.
